Dogs should ideally be groomed every 4-6 weeks to prevent any health or coat problems. We mandate that all clients maintain a grooming schedule of no more than 8 weeks between sessions.
Due to insurance and liability reasons, we cannot permit anyone inside the grooming van during services. Interestingly, pets often remain calmer when they’re not in sight or earshot of their human family members. Their excitement or anxiety in your presence can lead to jumping or restlessness, posing risks to safe grooming. Ensuring your pet’s safety is our top concern, and we assure you they are in the best possible hands!
For your pet’s first appointment with us, it’s necessary for pet owners to be at home. After this initial visit, you have the option to become a “Forever” client. This allows us to access your pet for their grooming appointments using a key, garage code, or smart door code, even if you’re not home, ensuring they stay on schedule. Should you choose this option, we ask that your pet be confined to a specific area of your home where we can safely and easily reach them for their appointment.
Mobile grooming offers the luxury and convenience of coming directly to you, eliminating the need for you to provide anything but your dog! Our fully equipped van means a departure from the hectic environment of traditional grooming salons—no more stressful commutes, noisy backgrounds, subpar products, or cages. We prioritize your dog’s health and well-being, focusing on a gentle, force-free, and serene grooming experience that aligns with the superior care you desire for them. The pricing reflects these benefits and depends on your dog’s size, coat type, and the current condition of their coat.
We require all dogs to be current and up to date with their rabies vaccination. There is no exception to this, as it is legally required in the state of Kansas.
